Matters needing attention

1,Hydraulic oil selection

1. When using pressure above 7MPa, please choose hydraulic oil with ISO viscosity standard VG32-68.
2. To use the following hydraulic oil, please contact the technical department of Yolon Company.

2,Viscosity and temperature
1.Please use it in the range of viscosity 15-400cst and temperature O-60°C.

3,Oil filter
1.The pollution of hydraulic oil is the cause of pump failure and reduced service life.Please pay full attention to the pollution of oil. Control pollution crossing within NAS9 level.

2.Use a 150-mesh oil suction filter at the oil suction port.
Be sure to use an oil filter of less than 25U on the main return pipe.

General trouble shooting
1,the hydraulic system pressure is insufficient, insufficient flow
(1) Check whether the hydraulic pump has oil discharge and whether theinternal discharge is too large;
(2) Check whether the oil level is normal and the pump suction is normal;
(3) Check whether the electrical is normal
(4) Check whether the relief valve and pressure reducing valve are normal;
(5) check whether the system has external leakage;
(6)Check whether the motor steering is correct
(7) Check whether the flow adjustment valve is normal

2,Actuator element does not operate properly
(1)Check whether the reversing valve is normal;
(2)Check whether the system pressure is normal;
(3)Check whether the execution element is normal;
(4)Air is mixed in the system;
(5) Relevant mechanical failure;
(6) Setting and adjustment of flow valve and pressure valve.

3,The oil temperature is too high and the noise is too large
(1)Excessive pressure adjustment;
(2) High pressure and large flow through the relief valve unloading;
(3) Large oil viscosity or large leakage in the pump;
(4) The amount of oil in the tank is insufficient.
