Our company EASTAI is one of the leading China hydraulic honed tube suppliers and manufacturers located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Our factory manufactures and supplies hone tubes (honed pipe) in a wide range of dimensions in material SAE1020, ST52, SAE1045, 4140 and stainless steels for nearly 30 years.
Our company covers an area of about 20000 square meters, and consist of a hydraulic cylinder honed tube factory and a factory for hard chrome plated shafts and chrome plated od tubing.There are around 180 workers in our company and about 20 of those in charge of quality and technologies.

* High quality raw material: our raw materials for honed cylinder tube are mainly from the famous China steel makers, such as TPCO, SHA STEEL, BAO STEEL, which are best and largest steel manufacturers in China.
* High precision: Our honed tubes are manufactured with high dimension precision, tolerance can be ISO H7, H8 or H9, H10, depends on the sizes and customers' request. Which ensures the precision of the hydraulic cylinders.
* Reliable Packing: All the honed pipe will be oiled by the anti-rust oil before delivery. And to protect the inner diameter
surface of the honed ID tubing, we will cap the tube ends with plastic end caps, or if customer request we can weld a steel cap to protect the inner diameter of the honed id tubing during loading and unloading. And then the honed pipes will be packed with seaworthy package such as wooden cases or plastic bags.
* Strictly quality control: Our factory has a QC team of more than 10 persons. Every honed cylinder tube will be inspected before shipment. The inspections are carried according to corresponding standards and customers' requests, main test which including: Chemical Analysis Test, Tensile Test, Dimension Inspection, Roughness Test, Chrome plated thickness test, straightness inspection, and other tests according to standards and cusotmer's requirements.
* Mature quality management system: our Total quality management system ensures all the working processes related to product quality are in good control.

The difference between precision steel pipe and seamless pipe:
1. the seamless steel tube with obviousdifference is that dimensional accuracy, can be up to 0.1mm.
2. high precision steel pipe diameter surface finish, the customer without processing can be used directly and ordinary seamless steel tube to the customer and lather, polishing processing.

Answer: As one of the largest hydraulic honed tube suppliers in the area, we stock a lot ofdifferent sizes and materials of mother tubes for honed tubes, so normally our delivery time is 10-20 days depends on the quantity and size.
QUESTION 2: CAN YOU ENSURE THE QUALITY OF THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TUBE?
Answer: Yes, we execute Total Quality M anagement System in our hydraulic cylinder tube factory.We only use raw materials (mother tube) made in China top quality steel maker such as TPCOSha-Steel, Huaigang Special Steel and so on. And we will inspect every honed tube for hydrauliccylinder before packing, the honed cylinder tube will be supplied with mill test certificateaccording to EN 10204 /3.1.
