Q1: Are you manufacturer of hydraulic cylinder tube and rod?

A: We are professional manufacturer group in China with more than 20 years export experience. We also have import and export trade license to do international business.

Q3: I am a new buyer, what is the business steps pls?

A: Normally the business steps are below:

Inquiry->Quotation->Negotiation->Idea order detail->We issue Proforma Invoice-> Customer send deposit payment->We arrange production->Balance payment->Shipment->We issue documents for your Customs clearance


Q4: What is the MOQ?What is max loading weight for 20ft/40ft Container?

A: Normally MOQ is 500KG each size. Max loading weight is around 20-25 MT.


Q5: Do you have sizes list of hydraulic cylinder tube and rod? What is your production size range?

A: We have full sizes range and we can produce almost full sizes and length.


Q6: What is the delivery time? Do you have stock?

A: Hydraulic cylinder delivery time: 30/40/50 days according to drawing details.

Hydraulic cylinder tube delivery time: 10/20/30 days.

Hydraulic cylinder rods delivery time: 10/20/30 days.

We have stocks for some sizes, pls check with us for details.


Q7: What are main factors that effect your price?

A: Price is effected by main factors below:

1) Order quantity: the bigger quantity, the better price.

2) Raw steel price: if raw materials price is stable, our price is stable.

3) USD/RMB exchange rate.

4) Size: if it is regular size, price is regular. If not, price is based on size detail.

5) Length: to make your cost down, we suggest honed tubes length be unfixed 4 to 6 meter range. For chrome plated bars, we suggest length be fixed 3 or 6 meter.

The suggested length is mainly decided by raw materials length.

For example, if you need chrome plated bars length 4.5 meter, price is higher than the chromed bars with length 6 meter because the raw steel bar length is 6 meter. If we produce 4.5 meter, 1.5 meter length of the chrome plated rods will be wasted


Q8: What is the payment term? How can we trust you and make payment?

A: Normal payment is by T/T. Payment by LC can be negotiated.

We have exported to more than 30 Countires and provided service for more than 100 customers.  So cooperating with us is very safe.


Q9: Can I have a visiting to your factory before the order?

A: Welcome to visit us. Pls make an appointment in advance. It is necessary to send visiting schedule and meeting details so that we can prepare and arrange.

Q10: What is the package? Can I print my logo or brand on the package?

A: The normal package is below:

Honed tubes package: oilded and capped on tub end. PE sheet bundles wrapped package or as per request.

Chrome plated bars package: oiled and protected by hardboard sleeves, then in seaworty wooden case.

Hydaulic cylinder package: wrapped by PE film and packed in strong wooden case.

Logo or marking will be as per customer's request.


Q11: How about your quality and the after-service?

A: We ensure 100% inspection and records during and after production for every step of process. Third party inspection service is available if customer need.

MTC are provided for each order. At least 1-Year quality gurantee is provided.


Q12: Who are your famous customers?

A: Our famous customers include: Komatsus, ThyssenKrupps, Caterpillars etc.


Q13: Can you send samples?

A: Samples are free and the Air express cost will be afforded by customer. If further formal order is confirmed, the sample Air cost will be refunded.


Q14: Can we be your agent in our country?

A: Yes, we can discuss and sign an agent agreement if there are stable regular orders.
